Prep-ability Peers Cohorts

Monthly cohorts provide essential training, resources, and solar-powered items to support resilience in emergencies.

Ready.Set.Connect!

Our monthly virtual meet-up focuses on a specific emergency preparedness topic, facilitated by disabled people, followed by community members sharing their experiences.

DJ Chats

Our monthly virtual chat focuses on the principles of disability justice. We discuss their importance and explore how to apply them to real-world topics and actions.

Mindful Moment

Dedicate 15 minutes to a virtual break every Monday at 7 pm, allowing yourself to breathe deeply, center your thoughts, and embrace mindfulness. This brief pause helps restore your energy and bring a sense of calm and focus to the rest of your week.

Connection and Care: A Community Virtual Check-in

This virtual welcoming space allows participants to share their experiences, listen to each other, and feel supported in a caring community. Together, we’ll reflect on the challenges and joys of the week, providing a sense of connection and encouragement for moving forward. We have chosen different days and times to accommodate various life schedules.

Disability Resilience Collective: Building Emergency Readiness Together

This is a virtual statewide meet-up where organizations can share resources, brainstorm new ideas, and discuss ways to strengthen emergency preparedness within the disability community.
