About Event

From June to October, Upstream Access is partnering with Adventures Without Limits to co-host a monthly Walk, Stroll, and Nature Bath at Tualatin Hills Nature Park. These gatherings are intentionally designed to be inclusive, accessible, and welcoming for the cross-disability community and allies.

Each event offers a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect—with nature, others, and ourselves. Whether you walk, roll, stroll, or simply want to be present among the trees, everyone is invited to engage in a shared experience of restoration and reflection. For those who prefer not to walk or move through the space, we’ll have a spot to create art, engage in a relaxing activity you bring, or simply enjoy quiet time in community.

We center access, interdependence, and care in every outing—providing flexible routes, rest breaks, and options for sensory engagement or stillness. This partnership creates a safe and empowering space to explore the outdoors, build community, and deepen resilience together. Join us each month as we reclaim nature as a place where disabled people belong, thrive, and lead.
