- 3-gallon water containers (1 per Lake Oswego household). To prepare for an emergency, it is recommended that people store one gallon of water per person (and pet) per day for a minimum of 14 days. To help residents meet this goal, the City will be giving away approximately 280 BPA-free 3-gallon water containers (limit of one per Lake Oswego household).
